Troubleshooting BenQ Monitor

  • If the BenQ monitor won’t turn ON or the screen is blank, make sure that the power cord is plugged in correctly both in the BenQ monitor slot as well as the wall outlet.
  • If the power cord is plugged in correctly, but the problem stays, check whether the power outlet is supplying electricity or not. You can check this by plugging in any other electric appliance in the same socket or try plugging in the monitor in a different power outlet.
  • For any display issues, you should check the video connection cable. Ensure that it’s plugged in perfectly both in the computer and the monitor.
  • If you can’t see any image on your BenQ monitor, try connecting the monitor to a different computer or laptop. This is to check if the problem is in the computer or the monitor itself.
  • If the screen is flickering or has different windows lag, then you may restart the monitor. Click on the “Start” option, then on “Turn Off,” and lastly, the “Restart” option.
